CEO & Director

Mr. Chandra Sekhar Pogula is the CEO of Nettlinx Limited , Hyderabad. He joined Nettlinx as a VP in Feb’06 and later was elected on the Board of Directors in Oct’09. Soon he was appointed as CEO and Director. He further enhanced his reach by joining the boards of Nettlinx’s subsidiaries – Nettlinx Realty Pvt. Ltd. & Nettlinx Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Sekhar has 34 years of domestic and International market leadership and operations experience. His previous positions include senior leadership roles like GM - USA & Caribbean, Director - Sales & Marketing for Central & Latin America, Regional Manager – Middle East & East Africa and so on. His major achievement within SuperMax was to foster SuperMax’s typical wholesale driven approach to establish its voluminous retail distribution business and thereby making the brand to be a worldwide market leader with business visits to 48 countries. He also worked at Marketing positions with FMCG companies like Bristol Myers Squibb (Oman), Tiffany Foods (UAE), Glaxo (India) and Nestle (India).

Sekhar believes in achieving operational excellence through people-driven and participative leadership style that nurtures inventiveness and efficiency in the team. He is a veteran in General operations, FMCG Distribution, Business development and Project management.

He has a Global mindset with a blend of MNC professionalism and a flavor of commercially sensible entrepreneurial approach with multitasking, optimizing costs and making more out of less. He nurtures his life with core values like hard work, honesty, integrity, transparency & ethics.

Sekhar is an active member of civic, welfare and business communities in Hyderabad. With respect to his education, Sekhar holds a Post graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad and has a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Sekhar is married and blessed with a son & daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family. Cricket is his favorite interest.
